What the hell is wrong with the news sources on my dash calling SB10 a “victory”

Racial profiling stood. This is disgusting, insulting, and fascist. The ruling for SB10 this morning is NOT a victory. Cops were given the green light to racially profile and “check your papers”. Every non-brown blogger or news source doesn’t understand how it feels to now be part of an America where your own government just approved you to be questioned, humiliated, and profiled. This is dangerous. Arizona is now a police state. This is just the beginning. Wake up.
